Accommodation

If you are arriving from overseas, we can easily organise a homestay for you. Once you have received your visa and booked your flights, please email us at info@nzist.ac.nz and we will make all the necessary arrangements. A $200 homestay placement fee applies.

If you are over 18 and wish to move out of your homestay and live independently, you must give your homestay family at least two weeks' notice of your intention to do so.

Our Student Services team can also advise you on finding suitable rental accommodation. You can also check out rental properties at www.trademe.co.nz and www.realestate.co.nz
